Kozy beauty salon was born with the desire to help our customers look youthful and healthy and to bring back that glow that seems to fade as the years pass. In 2006 I moved to San Francisco, California USA and enrolled in Aveda beauty school.
There I learned many professional techniques critical to successful skin care and rejuvenation. I also learned and mastered through many hours of hands on training how to properly use waxing techniques to remove hair over the entire body. After graduating from Aveda, I then passed the California State Board Aesthetician’s exam and received my license in 2011, then I joined a local San Francisco salon where I was able to further improve my understanding of different skin types and skin aesthetics. After returning to Japan in 2012, I joined the famous beauty salon Miss Paris where I was able to learn the strict methods of Japanese style Aesthetics.
However, I wanted to make sure my experiences in California were not wasted, so I joined a Beauty Salon where I had the opportunity to treat a wide range of international clients. At this time, I felt I had mastered my skills and decided to open my own salon to help people become as beautiful as possible. I truly believe it is possible to delay aging by proper skin care and regular maintenance.
Kozy aims to be a salon where all clients can experience and safe and peaceful environment and to always have peace of mind in lasting results. We value meeting our clients and work hard every day to become a salon that will be loved for a long time.
